  1. Reservations<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Through the website. You can make reservations through our website, www.strandchaletkatwijk.nl. We will consider your reservation to be final the moment we receive your payment. You will receive an email confirming your reservation within 24 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Confirmation: The lessor will confirm your reservation immediately after receiving your reservation, either through the website or by email. You are kindly requested to check whether all the information included in the confirmation email is correct. If you still haven\u2019t received a confirmation email 24 hours after making your reservation, please contact us at info@strandchaletkatwijk.nl. A reservation is only final after a receipt confirmation.
    \nTogether, our confirmation email and your agreeing to the present terms and conditions will form a preliminary lease between the person to whom the confirmation email is addressed (the lessee) and the sender (the lessor). Strandchalet Katwijk B.V. only accepts reservations made by persons aged 21 and older. We do not allow groups of adolescents and pets on the premises.<\/p>\n

    Strandchalet Katwijk B.V. is not liable for technical excesses or malfunctions in the payment or reservation system. Transactions received incorrectly will be returned by return.<\/p>\n

    2. Rental costs<\/strong>
    The rental price includes the rental of the beach chalet as stated on the website www.strandchaletkatwijk.nl<\/a>, water, electricity and VAT, kitchen package (consisting of a dishcloth, washing-up brush and sponge), 1 parking space per booked chalet in a covered and secured parking garage, 2 beach beds and outdoor furniture.<\/p>\n

    The rental price does not include<\/strong>
    Tourist tax \u20ac2.26 per person per night.
    Mandatory linen package \u20ac15.00 per person (consisting of pillowcase, mattress cover and duvet cover, bed linen and 2 towels)
    Final cleaning \u20ac80.00 (You must leave the beach chalet broom-clean and free of dishes upon check-out; additional cleaning costs of \u20ac30.00 apply if the beach chalet is left dirty)<\/p>\n
